La Purisima Naturista processes and ships orders within the United States only.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME  
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES  
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

SHIPPING COSTS  
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, package weight, and destination.

ORDER TRACKING  
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

DELAYS & CARRIER ISSUES  
La Purisima Naturista is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, incorrect addresses, or other factors beyond our control.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES  
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES  
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
